Great old school gym. Awesome people who aren’t judgey and actually workout vs stand around chatting. If you need a spot or have a question about anything people will go Out of their way to help. Bonus is super inexpensive!

My husband and I chose this place to exercise because of its old-school charm and a great offer for couples. They have the equipment for all kinds of needs, and it's clean which is a huge plus. The cool kitty is a cherry on top and it makes my experience even more fun.

This gym is truly my favorite gym of any gym I have been to anywhere in the world! Flex is a good old school lifters gym. When you walk through the door you feel like you just stepped back in time to the golden era Mecca of bodybuilding. Good old fashioned iron plates, plenty of free weights, racks, platforms, benches, every kind of bar you can imagine. and a bunch of cool old machines that really work! And there is even an outdoor strongman area with tires and atlas stones! Everyone there is there for their passion for lifting. The atmosphere and the vibes are the best thing you could imagine! Why do I give it 5 stars. I have NOOOOooooo idea. But I do walk past it at least once a week and man is there surely some dudes up in there ready on "pumping you up" 💪 or is it pumping me up! Cause why else would I get excited by walking past this gym! It could be that I'm in a hurry! Or those barking dogs from the homeless dude that lives outta of his car, or maybe the unhoused encampment I'm running away from when I drop my kid off next door at the indoor Ninja Gym.... Which is the purpose of my visit, it has nothing to do with this sweat shop. I might go in and check this place out. But I suspect I'll be laughed out of here cause I'm about as skinny as a bean and 99% of my body weight is water, than skin, than bones! Just fyi I weigh in at mind blowing 66.6 lbs!

This gym is pretty cool and it gives great old school body building vibes. I love working out here. The ONLY thing that needs to change is the cleanliness… or really lack thereof. I don’t think it ever gets cleaned. There is cat hair and lint everywhere, trash in places, and even a chewed dog bone?? Haha I just wish it was cleaner.

Great set up, big area and friendly people. I love all the pictures of Ferrigno and Schwarzenegger and other bodybuilders that are all around. It's very inspirational. All around good atmosphere. Great prices for day pass or membership. Great for casual lifters and people just getting into shape or a little exercise or serious lifting.
